Find out more about the Chain of Good People

The Chain of Good People is a Slovenian humanitarian programme managed by the Anita Ogulin Association (Zveza Anita Ogulin), based on the cooperation of individuals, organisations and State institutions to help families in need.

The main purpose of the programme is to set up a permanent support network in which everyone can do their part to improve the quality of life of families with underage children who are facing various life challenges.

The empowerment programme in the framework of the Chain of Good People is designed to provide comprehensive assistance to families in the context of four pillars:

• financial and material assistance, which provides them with the necessary financial resources to overcome the most difficult period;
• therapeutic assistance and counselling, which helps them overcome their emotional distress and constructively deal with the situation,
• various workshops and educational programmes, which equip them with the skills and knowledge they need to better cope with everyday challenges;
• free legal aid, which provides them with the support in resolving legal issues related to social transfers and housing issues.

Helping families in need is critical for the healthy development of any society, since it contributes to a stable future for the next generations.

Our efforts are focused on strengthening key values and conditions for all families, since we firmly believe that every society is only as strong as its weakest link.
